A young adult female whimpering with a sudden intake of breath at the end. Can be used for surprise, fear, shock, hiding, etc. Recorded using my turtlebeach earforce-x12 headset and then edited in audacity to sound more like a man. This was originally recorded for use in my own project but here, have fun. =).

I needed an alarm-sound for a small animation movie, so i recorded my annoying alarm-clock, then decided to upload it here. I post-edited it with audacity, cause i am a noob, regarding sound-processing :d i removed most of the background noise and i think this record is good enough to be used in your movies, games or songs. Mono recording with rode nt1000. It's done indoors, by the window, with the window open, pointing outside. In the first plane you'll have birds (portugal), then mild rain and some far away thunder. Some thunders are closer, pretty clear and loud. Be ware for some of my movement sounds, you may need to edit.

I went out back to record the robin and also noticed a smaller pileated woodpecker right over on the wood pile. Listen hard and you'll hear it peck the wood. That's the first sound you hear along with the robin and my neighbors kids. Recorded on my yamaha pocketrak and edited on sony vegas with two track duplications. I live next to a car repair place and they have a couple of hot rods that they fire up now and then. This is a '55 chevy and to me the idle sounds like a dragon breathing.
